TERMES ET CONDITIONS

All communications regarding tours and travel services should be addressed to M/s. Taj Agra Tours.

Booking and Payment:

  • Day Tours: Bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit.

  • Multi-Day Tours with Hotel Accommodation: Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 15 days before the service starts; for bookings made within 15 days of the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking, or as advised at the time of confirmation.

  • Peak Season: Certain peak-season bookings may require different payment terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payment Options:

  • Credit/Debit Card (3% bank charge).

  • Bank Transfer.

  • Payments must be free of deductions or taxes; bank charges are the payer's responsibility.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before arrival: Free cancellation.

  • 29-15 days: 10% fee.

  • 14-7 days: 25% fee.

  • 6-2 days: 50% fee.

  • 2 days or less/no-show: No refund.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 1-2 weeks after applicable deductions.

Mandatory Identification:

  • Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa.

  • NRIs: Passport copy.

  • OCI/PIO Holders: Passport + OCI/PIO card.

  • Indian Nationals: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.

 

Arrival & Departure Policy:

  • Check-in: 12:00-15:00. Early check-in requires prior night booking.

  • Check-out: 10:00-12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

 

Vehicle Usage:

  • Additional vehicle usage beyond the itinerary incurs extra charges.

 

Liabilities and Limitations:

  • Taj Agra Tours acts as an agent for service providers and is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to external factors (e.g., weather, government actions).

  • Rates may change due to supplier adjustments (e.g., fuel costs, taxes).

  • Clients are responsible for personal property and safety. Travel insurance is recommended.

 

Force Majeure:

Taj Agra Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., wars, natural disasters, pandemics). Pre-event obligations remain unaffected.

 

Jurisdiction:

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
