All communications regarding tours and travel services should be addressed to M/s. Taj Agra Tours.

Booking and Payment:

Bookings are confirmed with a 25% deposit.

Full payment is required 15 days before the service starts. For late bookings (within 15 days), full payment is needed at booking.

Peak season bookings may require full payment upfront.
Payment Options:

Credit/Debit Card (3% bank charge).
-
Bank Transfer.
-
Payments must be free of deductions or taxes; bank charges are the payer's responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:

60+ days before arrival: 10% fee.

59-30 days: 20% fee.
-
29-15 days: 25% fee.
-
14-8 days: 50% fee.
-
7 days or less/no-show: No refund.
Refunds:

Processed within 2-4 weeks after applicable deductions.
Mandatory Identification:

Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa.

NRIs: Passport copy.
-
OCI/PIO Holders: Passport + OCI/PIO card.

Indian Nationals: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
Arrival & Departure Policy:

Check-in: 12:00-15:00. Early check-in requires prior night booking.

Check-out: 10:00-12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Vehicle Usage:

Additional vehicle usage beyond the itinerary incurs extra charges.
Liabilities and Limitations:

Taj Agra Tours acts as an agent for service providers and is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to external factors (e.g., weather, government actions).

Rates may change due to supplier adjustments (e.g., fuel costs, taxes).

Clients are responsible for personal property and safety. Travel insurance is recommended.
Force Majeure:
Taj Agra Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., wars, natural disasters, pandemics). Pre-event obligations remain unaffected.
Jurisdiction:
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
